Our propensity to buy and hold is uncommon for private equity, although our thinking is extremely logical. We invest so much effort in building powerful, cash flowing enterprises, to sell them and boast about short-term gains, makes little sense – to us. Real wealth is generated by adding to, not cycling through.   

We focus on basic investment principles, meticulously analyze on the front end, target an underserviced market, and do right by our investors. There are no short cuts.
